Thame Mayor delivers latest cross
Councillor Nichola Dixon actively supported the Thame Remembers project when she delivered a cross to Sergeant Brian Perry in Berkhamsted this week. She was joined by many of the Thame Town Council staff members.
Sadly Sergeant Perry never saw active service due to becoming seriously ill from meningitis on a camp, but he did receive a full military funeral. He died in 1915 in London General Hospital, aged just 18.
